This years event is actually four events. 

On Thursday evening, June 8th, we will be having our first "Walk the Course".  Bring your friends and for a $25 contribution each you will be able to walk either 9 holes or 18 holes of the golf course.  Registration will begin at 4:00pm and the walk begins at 5:00pm.  Golf cart assistance will be available at locations on the course if you are unable to finish the walk.  All registrants will receive t-shirts supplied by Embroidery Works and J Max Graphics and hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and drinks will be given to all registered participants.   Food service will begin at 6:00pm.  ​Registration deadline for the walk event is May 19th.

On Friday, June 9th we will hold our 18-hole four person scramble to be held at the Sun City Peachtree Golf Course.  Registration fee of $75 per person includes golf, breakfast and lunch.  You can register as an individual, with a partial team or you can register as a foursome. Check-in and breakfast begins at 7:00am on the day of the event. Your buffet breakfast includes an egg casserole, french toast sticks, syrup, bacon, sausage, fruit and a beverage.  You will also receive a complimentary lunch.  Beneficiaries of the event are the Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity, Augie's Quest (an organization dedicated to research on Lou Gehrig's disease) and Employee Partner Care Foundation.  Mulligans and other goodies will be available for purchase the morning of the event.  ​Registration deadline for the scramble is June 8th.

A separate dinner event, at $25 per person, will be held on the evening of June 9th, beginning with a cash bar at 5:00 pm and dinner at 6:00pm.  Your dinner includes a sit down salad and a buffet of chicken marsala, salmon with bernaise sauce, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, bread and cheese cake.  ​Registration deadline for the dinner is June 5th.

There will also be a silent auction and auction items will be available for viewing at the golf club house beginning on June 2nd. Bidding on the auction will close at 6:00pm on June 9th.  Check the button below to see the auction items as of this date.
